This agreement is a legal contract between you and Veee VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as 'the App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, translation, disassembly, or creation of derivative versions is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App, related trademarks, interface, text, and code belong to the Service Provider or its lawful rights holders. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service interruption caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, weak signals, carrier policies, third-party platform changes, or similar external conditions. Mobile data or roaming use may generate carrier charges. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer and understand applicable fees.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service unavailability caused by device battery depletion, local system issues, third-party platform restrictions, or force majeure is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route and app information, but some data may come from partners or third-party services. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the lawful right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the service.

Non-Refund Policy: Unless required by law or clearly stated on the purchase page, digital service purchases are final and are not eligible for no-reason refunds.

Customer Support: If you experience connection, installation, or account issues with Veee VPN, please contact support first so we can troubleshoot and provide practical guidance.

Technical Issues: If a technical problem affects service use, we will try to resolve it or provide an alternative path. This does not automatically create a refund obligation.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
