This Privacy Policy explains how Veee VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in the mobile application (referred to as 'the App'). We process data only as needed to provide connection, account, and support services, subject to the rights and limits described here.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect necessary operational data including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, in-app actions, connection status, crash logs, and approximate region. This data is used to: 1. Recommend available routes based on Veee VPN's node distribution; 2. Improve connection quality and troubleshooting through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Send important service updates, security notices, or account-related messages.

We only transmit anonymous or aggregated data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, app distribution, and feature improvement. Except for legal process, regulatory requirements, service security needs, or service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. You may stop new in-app data collection by uninstalling the App.

User-provided data will be retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account or delete personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly. We use physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect data security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated because of regulatory requirements, product changes, or operational needs. Continued use after updates are published means you accept the revised terms.
